The machine was manufactured on 08/30/2019, and delivered to us shortly thereafter. Its Serial Number is 3477. We purchased it brand-new, direct from Neurostar.
The unit still has the original coil (ref# 81-01000-1000, Serial# 6311, Manufactured 08/2019.)
The unit was inspected in November, 2024 by a Neurostar technician. At that time, the software updated to Windows 11, with the current Neurostar software (version 1684+2023-11-15-b276d06c). The machine also has a brand new SenStar Connect Treatment Link installed, along with a 2nd spare treatment link.
The machine was updated a few years ago to enable the theta burst protocol.
The machine has performed about 800 treatments. 30 unused treatments are included with the sale. Based on what Neurostar has told us, the treatments are transferred when the machine is sold to another provider.
The machine does not have a current service contract.
All of the accessories we have are included in the sale, along with some promotional material that Neurostar provided to us.
